Meet Your Hosts!

Dr. Jeff Grove:

Jeff Grove, DMD, practiced dentistry for twenty years across ten practices before becoming an educator, author, and coach. He is also a clinical instructor at the University of Colorado’s School of Dental Medicine and serves as a public health dentist for Northwest Colorado Health.

Jeff enjoys speaking at conferences and schools around the country, including Harvard, Temple, the University of Colorado, and the University of Pennsylvania, and hosting leadership retreats in the Rocky Mountains.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys adventures with his wife, Renie, and three adult children, skiing, hiking, rocking one of his acoustic guitars, and bow hunting. He lives in Steamboat Springs.

Dr. Laura Schwindt:

Laura Schwindt, DDS, practiced dentistry for over two decades, owning and operating her own practice, before becoming an Embodied Leadership Coach, speaker, and Certified Heroic Performance Coach. She helps high-achieving professionals move beyond cognitive overdrive and lead with clarity, courage, and sustainable presence, drawing on the intersection of neuroscience, somatic wisdom, and lived experience.

Laura has spoken at national dental and healthcare conferences, women's leadership retreats, and corporate events across the country, including the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention, the Georgia Dental Association Annual Convention, and the Women In Dentistry Symposium.

In her free time, Laura enjoys hiking, dog walks with her Boston Terrier, traveling on adventures with her husband, Mitchel, and cooking plant-forward meals. She also loves spending time with her three adult children, especially over a heated card game. She lives in Denver, Colorado.
