Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to workshops and live events offered by Laura Schwindt.

1. Participant Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.
  
  

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
  
  

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

2. Ticket Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another participant at any time prior to the event by contacting Laura Schwindt in advance. The original registrant is responsible for coordinating the transfer.

3. Event Changes or Cancellation by Laura Schwindt

Laura Schwindt reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control or business considerations.

If an event is canceled by Laura Schwindt, registered participants will be offered either:

• Transfer to a future event, or
  
  

• A full refund
  
  

Refunds will apply only to registration fees and not to travel, lodging, or other personal expenses.

Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to all paid programs, workshops, digital products, and services offered through lauraschwindt.com.

If a payment plan is selected:

3. Coaching Services

Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

By purchasing services or products, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue in good faith.

5. Intellectual Property
