I am a dentist. A former practice owner. And a Nervous System Leadership Coach who has lived everything I teach.

I didn't study the pressure of dental culture from the outside. I built a practice, led a team, and navigated burnout from the inside. That lived experience is the foundation of my credibility in this room, and it's something few outside wellness speakers can replicate.
